We represent you on your project from start to handover, following up on contractors, quality and permits on your behalf.

- Managing contracts with subcontractors
- Submitting permit applications to the regulatory authorities
- Tracking and submitting payment claims
- Periodic reports to the owner

About Owner's Representative Packages.
What's the difference between the three packages?
Weekly Visits is one visit each week to monitor construction, and doesn't include construction stage inspections. Near-Daily Visits is 4 to 6 visits weekly and includes all inspections. Full Management adds representing you before contractors and authorities and following up on permits and payments.
Are inspections included?
Included in Near-Daily Visits and Full Management. With the weekly package you can request any inspection separately.
When should I start?
Ideally from the start of the project, and you can start with us at any stage.
Do you cover all emirates?
Yes, in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and all emirates of the UAE.
