About Home Inspection.
The Basic package is a comprehensive inspection of the property's systems with a report within 36 hours. The Advanced package is an intensive inspection with more equipment, such as running a camera inside drainage lines when needed and opening AC maintenance access panels, with the report within 2 to 3 days.
Basic Package: apartments from 699 to 999 AED depending on size, townhouses from 1999 AED, and villas from 2499 AED. Advanced Package: apartments from 1199 to 1499 AED, townhouses from 2699 AED, and villas from 3299 AED.
We inspect visible structural elements only, without any destructive testing. The inspection does not guarantee hidden works such as concrete and reinforcing steel.
