Honestly, a well-organised inspection done properly. Thank you, you didn't fall short. The blockwork inspection was comprehensive and thorough. The contractor was rushing us into the plaster work, and we didn't know that half of the external walls weren't insulated blocks. If it weren't for your inspection identifying the non-compliant walls, no one would have known, and we would have been stuck with the heat once we moved in. We handed the report to the consultant, who verified it on site, and the violations were corrected. You didn't fall short, and my rating is 10/10.
Blockwork InspectionYou did everything right and deserve the rating. Even though the consultant told us he had approved the plaster work, we wanted to be more certain, so we called Fahison. The inspection took them 4 hours, and they asked our permission to put marks on the walls with problems. After they finished, we discovered more than 50 hollow-sounding spots, and the plaster was weak and crumbling in some places. A few days later they sent the report, and it was thorough and comprehensive. We verified the observations and, through the consultant, asked the contractor to fix the problems. It won't be the last time we use Fahison, and I recommend them to everyone.
Plaster InspectionI had a problem with the porcelain facades and a few tiles had started falling, and I suspected the consultant wasn't approving the items properly. I saw Fahison in a construction group on Telegram and asked them to inspect. The house was in the finishing stage, and honestly I was shocked by the number of defects and observations, things I wouldn't have noticed since I work outside Abu Dhabi: more than 250 observations and 280 photos, hollow tiles, damp in the paint, waviness in the paint, and the facade installation was entirely wrong and a safety hazard. I wish I had relied on them from the beginning.
