Stage 8: Exterior & Landscaping

Pool Inspection
Before Handover

A pool combines water, electricity and equipment, and any fault in it is costly and dangerous. We take handover after finishing and commissioning, checking the tiles, levels, filtration, lighting and safety requirements.

What Is Pool Inspection?

The swimming pool inspection is an engineering visit after the pool is finished and filled and its equipment is running, in which our engineers check the tiles, grouting and edges, the operation of the filtration, pumps and lighting, and the safety requirements.

The inspection matters because pool problems appear after use: a leak that makes the water level drop, tiles coming loose, weak filtration that clouds the water, or electrics without adequate protection around the water. Fixing them means draining the pool.
