Foundations
Everything starts below ground: footings and tie beams, from rebar and formwork to the pour, then waterproofing before backfilling.

Columns and slabs
The concrete frame that carries the house. We check the rebar and formwork before the pour, attend the pour, and inspect after it.

Block walls
From the first course to the final check before plaster, and we tell insulated blocks from hollow ones with a thermal camera.

Inside the house: we inspect the services at rough-in before they disappear into walls and ceilings, then again at handover and testing.

Plaster in three stages, from preparation to the final check before painting. Plus bathroom waterproofing before tiling, with a water test.

Interior finishes
Gypsum, paint, floors, doors and kitchens. The last thing you see, and the first place a defect shows.

Roof and insulation
Up on the roof: we inspect the thermal insulation and waterproofing layer by layer with a flood test, then the rain drains, the outdoor AC units and the water tank.
